We´ve had a little party yesterday – a Spanish night, enjoying some typical Spanish tapas – like the Jamón Serrano. Jamón Serrano (literally mountain ham) is a dry-cured ham, which is generally served raw in thin slices. Ours was bone-in… and soooo delicious.
